We suggest maintaining semantic "distance" between keywords and sticking to root-level keywords without modifiers. Think of them as topics where pluralization and intentional misspellings don't help your cause.

Technically yes, they're direct LLM output - but educated output. The LLM follows an actual template structure and is fed specific details that create genuine customization.

Since no human reviews the draft messages before delivery, you could call it AI slop. But it's educated slop with accurate names, article titles, and context. In actual usage, there's usually at least some minor tweaking needed, and rarely requires removing entire sections due to AI hallucination.

We aim to find a human name and email as the primary contact info. Not every website publishes this data publicly, so we look for contact forms and their URLs as alternatives. If no contact info can be found across their pages, we at least provide the domain name.

We usually find some kind of contact method, though not every site makes their information publicly available.

No refunds once research has begun, as we incur costs on our end during the analysis process.

Account data retention: Free accounts without subscriptions may have their accounts and reports deleted after 30 days of inactivity. As long as you maintain even the smallest $10/month subscription, the system preserves your account and data indefinitely, regardless of login frequency.

The prospects themselves never truly expire, and our system stores them in your account for future reference.
