Free SEO Report Builder With
Shareable Client Links
Build It Once, and the Numbers Keep Up
Drag widgets onto a page, pick a date range, and save. Search Console and GA4 data syncs every day, so the report your client opens next month shows next month. It is free on up to three projects, and so is the client link.
What Goes in a Report
Seven widget types, placed and resized on a grid.
A report is a set of pages, landscape or portrait, up to 50 of them. Each page is a grid you fill by dragging widgets in and resizing them.
The date range is set once for the whole report: last 7, 30 or 90 days, this or last month, quarter or year, or custom dates. Compare it against the previous period or the same period a year earlier.
Where the Numbers Come From
Search Console, GA4 and our own crawl of your site. Widgets offer only the metrics your project has connected.
Google Search Console
- Clicks, impressions, CTR and average position.
- Top queries, striking distance keywords and keyword movers.
- Branded against non-branded clicks, from brand terms you set.
- Indexing status and pages Google has not indexed.
Google Analytics 4
- Pageviews, active users and pages per session.
- Engagement rate, engagement time, bounce rate and scrolled users.
- Traffic sources.
- Conversions and revenue.
Your Site Crawl
- Page count by depth, from homepage to deep pages.
- How many internal links point at each page.
- A list of every crawled page with its title.
- A dated log of SEO work done on each page.
Speed and Indexing
- PageSpeed performance score, once pages have been scored.
- Largest Contentful Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift.
- IndexNow submissions, if you use IndexNow.
Google data syncs once a day. Crawl data changes when your site is crawled again, which is monthly on the free plan and daily on paid plans.
How Clients See the Report
Through a link that needs no login, or a PDF you download.
Each project gets one share link. You choose the date it expires, and deleting it cuts off access the moment you do. The client never needs an account or access to your Google properties.
The link opens the project's LinkMap, and you decide whether it also shows the report and the timeline of saved site snapshots. The client can read, sort and search, but cannot change anything.
For a file instead, the Download PDF button renders the saved report as a PDF.
On the free plan, shared pages carry SEOLinkMap branding, with your logo alongside it if you upload one. On a paid plan, once your company name and logo are set, the client sees your brand and not ours.
How a Report Gets Built
Three steps, and the second is the only one you repeat per client.
Connect your data
Add the site as a project and connect Search Console and GA4. Widgets built on crawl data work without any Google connection.
Lay out the pages
Drag in widgets, pick metrics and colors, write the summary, and save. Export the layout as a file and import it into the next client's project to start from the same report.
Share it
Create the share link with an expiry date, or download the PDF. The saved report keeps pulling current data every time it is opened.
What the Report Builder Costs
Nothing on the free plan. White-label starts at $10 a month.
The free plan includes the report builder, share links and PDF download on 3 projects of up to 500 pages each, with a monthly crawl and unlimited seats. Free account data is removed after 30 days without a login, so log in once a month.
Professional is $10 a month for 10 projects of up to 10,000 pages, a daily crawl, white-label reports, and no inactivity removal. Agency is $50 a month for 50 projects. Seats are unlimited on every plan, and editing reports and managing share links are permissions you control.
The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
What We Are Promising
And what we are not
What you get
A multi-page report per project, built from Search Console, GA4 and crawl data. Pick a preset range such as last month and it moves forward on its own. A share link with an expiry date you set and can delete at any time. A PDF whenever you want one.
That is included on the free plan.
What it does not do
Each project holds one report, not several versions for different readers. Reports are not emailed to clients on a schedule. Google numbers are as fresh as the last daily sync, not live to the minute, and a metric only appears once its data source is connected.
What we are saying: set the report up once and the next month's numbers are already in it when your client opens the link.
