SEO Link Map provides website structure visualization and analysis services. The Service crawls websites to create interactive network graphs, enabling users to visualize and analyze their website structure, plan improvements, and share visualizations with clients or service providers.

2.1 Service Limitations

  • Free accounts are limited to 500 pages per website
  • Paid services remove this limitation, subject to technical constraints
  • The Service requires websites to be accessible without JavaScript rendering
  • Websites with anti-bot protection may require IP whitelisting

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Requirements

  • Users must provide valid email addresses
  • Users are responsible for maintaining account security
  • Account sharing is prohibited

3.2 User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Submit only websites they own or have permission to analyze
  • Not use the Service for illegal or prohibited purposes

  • Modify or revoke access at any time

5.2 Shared Access Limitations

  • Links expire on user-specified dates
  • Shared access is read-only
  • Users are responsible for managing shared access

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Service Fees

  • One-time optimization services are available for purchase
  • Non expiring usage credits are available for additional crawling and visual updates
  • All fees are non-refundable once services are delivered
  • Full refunds available only if no optimization suggestions are generated

6.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through Square
  • Users must provide valid payment information
  • All prices are in US dollars

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 User Rights

  • Users retain all rights to their website data
  • Users can export visualizations in XML, JSON, PNG, or JPG formats
  • Users own all exported data

7.2 Service Rights

  • SEO Link Map retains all rights to Service code and algorithms
  • Generated visualizations format and layout are Service property
  • AI-generated content (titles, H1s) is provided under service license

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

  • The Service is provided "as is"
  • No guarantees of uninterrupted service
  • Performance may vary based on website size and complexity

8.2 Liability Limitations

  • SEO Link Map is not liable for damages arising from Service use
  • Users are responsible for their use of shared links
  • Service may impose limits on abusive usage

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination Conditions

  • Accounts inactive for 30 days will be terminated
  • Users receive notification before termination
  • Users receive notification after termination
  • Data may be retained up to 60 days post-termination

9.2 User Rights Post-Termination

  • Users can request data export before termination
  • Users can request immediate data deletion
  • Access to paid service results remains available for defined period

10. Geographic Considerations

10.1 Jurisdiction

  • Service is governed by United States law
  • Legal proceedings must occur within United States
  • GDPR compliance honored for all users regardless of location

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
