Your LinkMap Dashboard
The dashboard is the first screen after login, and the one thing on it you cannot get anywhere else is your Private MCP URL. Everything else is navigation into the tools.
It also answers what do I do next for the project you are on, reading every tool at once and naming the single thing worth doing today.
Getting Your Bearings
When you first log in, you'll see a personalized welcome message with your name. The clean, uncluttered interface helps you quickly find what you need and get to work.
Essential Navigation
Your dashboard provides two main navigation areas:
Top Navigation Bar
The header carries the projects dropdown, which is how you switch between the sites you manage. Next to it sit Dashboard, Settings, AI Visibility, a documentation search, a help launcher, chat, and Logout.
Your Private MCP URL sits at the top of the dashboard itself. That is the address you paste into Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-capable assistant to let it read your own crawls, audits, rankings, and Search Console data in plain English. Every account has one.
Left Side Menu
The left menu runs Dashboard, Site Structure, Competitor Research, Backlink Prospector, Analytics, Custom Report Builder, Reports, Timeline, Settings, Calendar, Account, Manage Users, and Permissions.
You will not see all thirteen. Each entry is gated by permission, so a Read Only user gets a short menu and an Owner gets the full one. Manage Users and Permissions appear only for people who hold those rights.
Site Structure opens the interactive visualization, which is where most work starts.
